Ordering Procedure 1.    Log on to your account. 2.    Select the items you want to purchase. 3.    Select the Pickup Location to which you would like the items delivered. 4.    Your order will be processed and delivered to the Launch Site of your choice.  If you would like to arrange pickup at a different location, please choose "Other" and specify your pickup preferences in the comments field. We are happy to work with you to arrange a convenient location to pick up your order. 5.    Indicate your “When Needed Date” (Note: You will be notified of the items availability and ability of meeting your desired date, by return e-mail). 6.    Off We Go Rocketry will deliver or ship products per your specification. 7.    All payments are prepaid using Pay Pal. Shipping   Off We Go Rocketry will deliver or arrange for product pickup therefore eliminating shipping and HazMat costs. However, if you desire to have your product shipped to you we will arrange shipment.   Returns   If you are dissatisfied with an item prior to use, notify Off We Go Rocketry, LLC and arrangements will be made to either replace the product or provide a refund.
